Q. What is the Marketing Productions Return Policy?
A. Santa Dollars™, Cupid's Cash™ and Bunny Bucks™, purchased online, may be returned for a full credit, within 60 days after original purchase date.
Q. May I return Santa Dollars™, Cupid's Cash™ or Bunny Bucks™ I purchased through a retail store?
A. No. Refunds online pertain to online purchases only.
Q. How will I receive my refund?
A. Refunds are processed through the PayPal system. If you used your PayPal account to purchase, your PayPal account will be credited. If you used a Visa, MC, Discover or American Express card, that card will be credited for the correct amount.
Q. May I return Bunny Bucks™ I purchased for Santa Dollars™ or Cupid's Cash™?.
A. No. We do not offer exchanges of any type.
